General Conditions:I do not mention defects which are clearly visible in the pictures. In addition, I do not list problems which are typical for slides this old. For example: Glass may be dusty or have smudge marks or other dirt on it (I do not attempt to clean before selling) or may have minor scratches, surface abrasions, or oxidation/heat damage between the sheets of glass. Small specks or scratches may be present in the image itself. There may be writing, scribbles, or other marks on labels, and the labels may be torn, faded, or missing. In some cases there may be a label on the reverse side which is not shown. There can be small nicks on the edges or corners of the glass and also small scratches on the glass which I might not call out. I do make a special note of any cracks (unless they are behind the tape and I don\'t know they are there). The tape holding the slide together may be loose, ripped, torn, damaged, or partially missing, and sometimes the slide might be sticky from the adhesive on the tape or label. There can often be slight browning/and or fading of the image, particularly where the image meets the paper mat. Please zoom in and examine all pictures carefully. For slides which are framed in stapled cardboard (typically movie slides), there can be rust on the staples, slightly deteriorating cardboard, etc.

If there is a date/year in the title of this listing, it comes from the label on the slide and is usually the date of the item (such as artwork) pictured in the slide. It may not be the date the slide was actually created. Also, I often can not fit the full title of the slide and other information in the listing. Please review all of the pictures and zoom in to get the full titles of the slide.

Photos are hard to get perfect: The actual slide is usually more \"in focus\" than the pictures I take. Flash marks or back lighting may create a bright white area or other reflections not in the actual slide (often a reflection of the camera). I generally take pictures using a computer screen as a back-light, and it sometimes create a grid or wavy pattern that is not in the slide. I usually take the pictures from the LABEL side of the slide, which is often the BACK side. This means the pictures are often a mirror image of how they should be projected. Because of the front-and-back lighting used to take the pictures, the labels usually appear more yellow than they actually are.

Provide your correct address: I do not honor requests to change the address an item is being shipped to. If an item comes back to me as undeliverable or refused, I generally do not refund money. Sometimes international customers want their order shipped to an address in the US. Unfortunately, does not let me change countries when printing postage, so you need to set the address you want when checking out.
