Original vintage Dobro round neck resonator guitar. It is missing the headstock decal so it's hard to know if it was labeled as Dobro or Regal, but since Regal was manufacturing most of the wood-bodied Dobros at that point it is the same guitar either way. The condition on this one is excellent, especially considering the age. It has 12 frets to the body, and it has the soundwell inside the body (which I tried to photograph with no luck). Spider bridge, original 10 1/2" cone, plays well and sounds great. The neck has a slight bow, but the action is very good, can be played Spanish style very easily, string height is 1/8" at the 12th fret. The neck has a soft V shape, 25 inch scale, 1 7/8" wide at the nut. No buzzing or fretting-out. The cover plate is stamped 1,896,484 other pats. pend.
There are minor scratches, small blemishes, and finish checks as would be expected, overall excellent condition for a guitar and case that is around 80 years old.
It will ship in the original case, shown, it will also include the metal fingerpicks and thumbpick in the case pocket. The box will be46 x 18 x 8 inches, it may be too large for shipment to some destinations outside of the U.S.
