Offering an ORIGINAL \"THE NEW DEAL\" MUG in the shape of a BEER BARREL. This 80+ year-old piece measures almost 4\" high X 3\" diameter/opening X approximately 5\" across to handle. This is a beautiful decorative mug with its original YELLOW GLAZE. I assume that this mug is connected to FRANKLIN DELANO ROOSEVELT\'S 1932 CAMPAIGN or his 1933 INAUGURATION since it\'s in the shape of a BEER BARREL and FDR identified as a \"WET\" - supporting the 21st AMENDMENT to REPEAL PROHIBITION. This would make a great addition to your collection, or a fine gift to the FDR fan in the family!
CONDITION: I can find no chips, cracks, or repairs to this mug. Some crazing in the glaze is visible, and some marks and color variation as expected in an artifact this age.
