Black Sunny Sam Flexy DollManufacturer- IdealYear- 1938Size- 13" tallGrade- C8.5This is a VERY RARE "black" version of the original Sunny Sam doll by Ideal, made in the late 1930s. He has painted composition head and hands, flexible wire arms and legs, wooden torso and feet, herringbone pants & felt suspenders.There are some small scattered paint chips on face and hands, plus crazing on back & side of head. Also note there are tiny safety pins helping holding his clothes in place.
