Former President Hoover had directed much war relief to Belgium. Photographer Unknown. Dated 3/2/1938. The following stamps are on the back of the photo: NEA;ACME

These photos come fromone of the largest collections of Original AP, UPI and various other news service photos from several news media outlets. Most ofthe photographs are in great condition considering they are 20 - 90 years old. For the most part, they show only moderate handling faults, some editor\'s marks and artist \"touch-ups.\" Some photos have the write up glued to the back. This can cause wrinkles on the surface of the photo where the glue has dried on the back. Please see the attached images which are the actual photos you will receive as this is the best indication of condition.
