1939 New York World\'s Fair scarce original poster with artwork by John Atherton. The poster measures 31\" x 21\" with gorgeous image of \"Mithrana\" behing the Trylon and Perisphere as people walk towards the World\'s Fair. It has surface creases and border tears plus several areas of spotted soiling most noticeable across Mithrana and the Trylon and Perisphere about 1/3 down from the top of the poster. There is quite a bit of staining on the reverse. Overall good condition but still very impressive with remarkably bright graphics and will display nicely as you can see from the photo above.
