Up for sale is an authentic 1940\'s early 50\'s vintage swing necktie by Rhynecliffe. This necktie is from my personal collection. I\'ve been collecting vintage swing neckties for over 15 years and I am going to start letting go of a few for others to enjoy as much as I have.
This necktie has such an amazing Art Deco design! An eye catching necktie for the swing band enthusiast!
The colors are a lighter blue background with dark navy blue and silver dots with that Deco swoosh design in red and silver. A planned knot design forms with the dots when tied.
The condition is excellent. There are no holes, snags, or rips anywhere on the tie.
The tie measures 4.5\" at its widest width and is 52\" in total.
**The exact same tie sold three months ago on for over $300 (I unfortunately didn\'t get a screen shot of that sale). That listing also said this design was rare and not seen very often and I would agree. I\'ve only seen this design twice (mine being the second) in my 15 years of collecting, hence the high starting price compared to the price of tie that just sold three months ago.
