LUCKY SLEDGE
Made in Japan, by Kenkosha Toys, just after World War II of all tin construction, with acelluloid plastic figure. Measures 4 inches long by 3 3/4 inches tall by 1 3/4 inches wide. It has an original key and when you wind it up, it rolls forward, stops, then rolls forward again. The motor winds solidly (but the toy is fragile so please be careful when winding). There is nothing broken, cracked, chipped, or scratched for that matter (just a bit of dust to the crevices) to this scarce Christmas-like toy. StampedOCCUPIED JAPAN to metal plate at the top of the sled, at the bundledcherub`s feet, as well as on the box. Displays beautifully and would make a great addition to any Christmas, Occupied Japan, or 1940`s boxed wind up toy collection.
(Note: Photos may show magnified dust, a flash reflection, or color washout.)
