1940's 1950's Red Hawaiian Rayon Shirt Palm Trees Lei Birds Pearls For Sale
Wonderful bright and bold 1940's - 1950's Men's Hawaiian themed novelty shirt made of rayon. Tag reads "Penny's Topflight Size Small 14-14 1/2". Shirt has been washed and steamed. Bright print has palm trees, lei, pearls, birds and ukelele. Shirt has pockets on either side of the chest. Shirt in overall very good vintage condition. There are two smaller holes in the shirt. One is hidden under the button placket and is very small. The other is on back lower edge, about pencil eraser size. All seams are strong and intact. I see one small remnant of a stain shown in last photo, very faint and hard to notice between the ukelele and pearls. Another thing to note is one of the buttons was replaced at one point with a similar size red button. Shirt measures 44 inches around the chest, 26 inches long.
