Just removed from a garage wall last week from an old Navy veteran that I knew. Dated 1943, U.S. Navy-BU Ships Mk IV Clinometer as seen. Made of a black bakelite material, plastic tube with a ball that rolls in it when the ship would be pitching. Right side of tube has paper stuffed in the hole. Maybe this had fluid in it at one time? I have no idea how it was set up in a ship. Just saved it from going into the dumpster. USA shipping to be $10.00, thanks.
