This is a lot of 42 vintage railroad memorabilia sale catalogs issued by Grahame Hardy and Hardy’s sale of Oakland, California. These catalogs range from about 20 to 48 pages and measure about 8.5”x 5.5”. This lot comprises most of a complete run of the monthly Railroadiana sale catalogs issued by this company between July 1947 and January 1951.These catalogs feature sale lots that included employee and public timetables, photos and negatives, railroad passes, postcards, books, hardware and more including many rare and valuable items. These catalogs include a few small illustrations. A couple of the catalogs have the order form that was part of the back cover removed but otherwise all catalogs are fully complete and well intact with just toning to the paper from age and modest wear.
