This 120 page book, MIRACLE ON 34th STREET by Valentine Davies, was published as a First Edition by Harcourt, Brace and Company in 1947. The novella was written by Davies after he wrote the story about a disillusioned woman, her skeptical daughter and a mysterious man who believes he is the real Santa Clause, for the 1947 film of the same name. The book was published in conjunction with the film\'s release. The vintage book, showing yellowing pages and a bit of wear and soiling to the cloth covered boards, will make a fine addition to any library, and a very nice Christmas gift.
