Up for sale and fresh out of an old Hillsdale NJ Estate is a rather, hard to find( first I’ve ever seen) Swiss, windup wrist watch with a colored image marked Mary Marvel, she looks like a Wonder Woman/Super Woman type character. She was probably in the funny papers back in the 40’s and 50’s. This was found in an old box in the basement where it probably sat for 60 years. The watch looks worn and used and has the original strap and glass. The hands move but if feels like it is overwound. The hands turn freely and I did not open the back. The watch is being sold as found. Appears to never have been in water but shows lots of wear-probably a child’s watch. Inside it is marked “Copr 1948 Fawcett Pub. Inc. maybe an old newspaper or coupon giveaway? It is a cool little watch and I’m sure if you are a watch person you could get it working. Needs cleaning but may be rarer than a Superman # 1 comic?? Just dreaming
