1950-60s Cadiz Onions Jar Los Angeles Spencer Food Co.+bonus Oregon Gold Dust:
There's a story behind these bottles... they have been tucked away in a box in my attic. They are from the late 1950s or maybe early 1960s, because during those years my family panned for gold in the Jordan River in Southern Oregon, and these represent my panning. I have no idea how much is in there, and most likely the jars are more valuable than the gold. What is amazing is how one of the jars still has the original water and contents!
Jars are CADIZ brand ONIONS packaged by Spencer Food Co., Los Angeles, California.
Jars are in good shape, some discoloration to top of lids, 2 oz jars, #2439 P2, with something that looks like a goal post with an A between the posts.
See photos as they are part of the description. Comes from a non-smoking, pet-free home
