With a copyright date of 1952, this is a vintage simplicity printed pattern 3878 for a woman\'s size 24 1/2 (Bust 43, waist 38, hip 47 inches) one piece dress with short kimono sleeves and a bodice underarm section. The optional pockets are concealed in the flared skirt. Buttons close front of dress. This pattern has been cut and used but all pieces, as well as the instructions, are present. The envelope has some storage wear, age discoloration, tears, and the brittleness of old paper.
