Please contact us through the message service for all return inquires. Items must be returned to us in the same condition sent before any refund is given. We only accept returns of defective merchandise which a full refund will be issued, including return postage. All returns must be made within 14 days from receipt of shipment and must have a return authorization(RA) number.
