For the next several weeks, I will be listing some beautiful and rare Ginny and Muffie Outfits so, be sure to come back and see if there is anything you might want.
Today I have Ginny\'s #28 dress from the Kindergarten Series of 1952. This outfit came in pink and blue and the blue version is shown on page 103 in the book the \"Collector\'s Encyclopedia of Vogue Dolls- 2nd edition\" by Izen and Stover. I have added panties, socks, shoes and a hair bow to make a complete outfit. Please note, my photos make the outfit appear darker than it is. It is a nice soft pink color.
The pink waffle-weave dress has a printed white band of trim across the front of the bodice and around the skirt. I just love the butterfly (or cap) sleeves. There is pink loopy picot around the neckline and it closes in the back with a hook and eye. Although there is no tag, I guarantee this is a Vogue Ginny dress. This dress is in wonderful condition! I wish you could see it in person as my photos do not do it any justice. It is one lovely little dress!
The pink satin panties have loopy picot trim. They are in very nice condition with no holes, tears or stains.
The ecru cotton socks are brand new. They are my favorite replacement socks because they fit like real socks.
The light pink side-button Mary Jane shoes are in good condition. Knobs and straps are intact.
To complete the outfit and compliment the dress, you will receive a big light pink bow for Ginny\'s hair. It is the perfect finishing touch.
This is a fabulous dress and even the most discriminating collector will be pleased. Your Ginny is gonna love it!!
Shipping is $4.00 by First Class Mail and includes tracking. I will carefully pack this in a small box so it arrives safe and sound to you.
