Millard Tydings of Maryland was a seeker of favors from the Internal Revenue Bureau. Donald Tydings, now an employee of the Bureau's Alcohol Tax Division, was pictured in testimony yesterday as having escaped disciplinary action for alleged misconduct because of "political intervention."
