1958-62 Early Vintage Grethe Figure Bing & Grondahl 1656 Copenhagen Good Cond Nr For Sale
This first quality figurine stands 170mm (7'') high and weighs 300 grams. She is fully marked to the base with the Bing & Grondahl mark for 1958 - 1962, the pattern number 1656 and the artist signature FA. The figurine is a young girl sitting on a crate knitting and was designed by Ingeborg Plockross Irminger. It is in excellent condition with no damage or restoration. A fine early example from a top quality Danish factory. This is one of 3 pieces of B&G I am selling this week and where possible I will always combine shipping. International buyers are always welcome to this sale. F.M.O.C. Postage outside the United Kingdom is at cost please contact me for a quote.
Due to the recent large increase in UK postage rates I am happy for international buyers to arrange their own collection and domestic buyers to collect in person. Most international postage rates are listed as NOT signed for and NOT insured so if you require either please let me know and I will add it to your invoice. Sadly due to Italy terrible postage system I will always add £5.15 to the postage charge for signed for to ensure it reaches the customer. If the item is listed as " Signed for " on the postage then obviously it is already included.
If you have any questions please do contact me.
All our items are extremely well packed to save them from damage in transit.
If you are not happy with this article based on the information I have provided I will always happily refund minus the cost of any postage. All purchases must be piad for within 3 days of the end of the sale unless agreed otherwise.
