Effective 1/29/13... USPS Canadian shipping rates have increased and I am forced to increase my Canadian shipping rate. The new rate is $8.95 for one plate. Combined shipping is $2.00 for each additional plate. I will combine a maximum of 8 plates per package. All other International shipping has been discontinued.
