FEATURES: Genuine vintage fur hat . Dark walnut brown fur, with a 2\" satin bow detail. Likely from the 1950\'s or early 1960\'s era. Lined with black satin fabric. Classic fur pillbox, perfect for dressing with a \"Hollywood glam\" style, wedding, or even for theater or costume.
Please note: vintage furs were rarely labeled to indicate the kind of fur, but I\'m confident this is Mink
MEASUREMENTS/SIZE: hat is approx 9\" diameter, 21\" around, 2.5\" crown. Be aware, this is a smaller size, so please double check your hat size prior to ordering.
CONDITION: Beautiful vintage condition, with wear appropriate for its vintage age. NOTABLE ISSUES: Little bit of soiling inside around the inner band. *Please refer to all photos for more details and description.

VINTAGE FUR CARE: Your vintage furs shouldbe cleaned at least once a year to maintain their natural shine and to prolongthe life of the fur. Cleaning helps to remove dustparticles, pollutants and cosmetics that tend to accumulate in your fur overtime. I prefer to use Lana’s deep cleaning product (which is good to use every 5 years). The deep cleaning product includes a cleaning powder (granules) which can occasionally hide in a seam, collar or pocket. I brush the furs thoroughly, but should you find any hidden granules, simply discard (no worries, it is 100% natural!).
Buy with confidence! Myitems are sourced from a variety of venues including estate sales andsales. Some are new, but most are pre-owned or vintage, so I have no way ofknowing the complete history, or if the item has always been stored in a smokeor pet free Environment (my home is a pet friendly Environment).
