1961 K&O All Cream Merc 800 Description

Sales have topped $2,800 for this motor on a number of occasions and such values will be realized again if not now. It is one of the most sought after and difficult motors to obtain. I have been collecting toy outboards for the last 8-10 years and have a collection of over 400 in pursuit of the perfect set of boxed and mint originals. As a result I paid premium dollars for most of my collection and will be listing those motors that I upgraded along the way. Who knows, at some point the whole collection may go. This motor is more rare than the Merc 1000 one of which I also have listed. This one is complete and running with original leads and terminals intact as well as transom cups which are typically missing. It is in very nice, well above average condition and would sit proudly in a display. Reproduction box is true to the original and excellent quality. May be some time before another one gets listed to BIN now to ensure it is yours. This particular motor will only go up in value.
