1965 B-25 12N, in very good condition. Plays well with nice low action.Frets out on G and D strings, on frets 13, 14 and 15. Probably needs a slight truss rod adjustment.Has a lacquer crack around neck heel area. This is NOT A NECK REPAIR! (see photo)Slight crack developing on back. Old crack repairs evident.All these issues are minor and common in acoustic guitars of this age.
