The sportscard hobby hinges on the honesty and integrity of the seller. Too often we hear of fraud and other manipulation that serves to undermine the integrity of our hobby.buyers deserve better, whereofferding is 100%legitimate and uninfluenced by manipulations such asfraudulent (shill)offerding by the sale house, consignors, friends of consignors, friends of the sale house, or anyone else who participates insincerely with the sole intention ofmanipulating thesale price. We do NOT permit shill offerding of any kind and actively police our sales to prevent such acts from occurring. If we learn that a buyer is questionable, we take action in the form of canceling the offer and blocking a buyer from participating in future sales.

To preserve the integrity of the offerding process, we believe that is the best forum to host sales due to the privacy of the platform. Unlike proprietary sale software, ’splatform isequally transparent to both the buyer and the seller. We don’t know the value of a buyer’s max offer, nor do our consignors, or anyone else. We've spent the last 15 years on (since 1998) working to garner the trust of collectors and the hobby at large. Rest assured that you can trustour serviceand can participate in our sales with the confidence that integrity is our #1 priority.

PWCC Return Policy

Our 14-day return policy is not a 'no questions asked' return policy. Returns areonly accepted if an item is misrepresentedin thesale title/description/images, email, or phone communication. Buyer's remorse is not avalid reason for return. We strive to be reasonable in the event of a disagreement and ask that buyers afford us the same level offairness. Misrepresentation of an sale item is exceedingly rare.

Regarding professionally graded cards: we at PWCC are not professional graders so wetrust in the reputationand opinion of 3rd party professional graders. Professional grading is subjective and different 3rd party graders will often disagree over the grading on a single card. Such a disagreement is NOT a justifiable reason for a return with PWCC. As a broker of graded sportscards, our responsibility is the accurate description and delivery of the item advertised, but is not to guarantee how a graded card will be assessed by another grading company. Any issue a buyer has with a card's 3rd party grade should be addressed with the company that graded the card, not PWCC.

Returned items must be received back in the condition they were received. Original shipping will be refunded along with the full purchase price upon receiving back a returned item.

Combined Shipping

Yes, we combine shipping for any buyer who wins more than one item in our monthly sales (includes items won on separate days). Shipping discount due to combined shipping is significant, usually resulting in savings of about 50-90% (depending on overall size, weight, and value of the combined purchase).

International Buyers
