Up for sale is an original 1968 campaign poster for Alabama Governor George Wallace for the presidency. Wallace ran on the Independent ticket and brought his \"law and order\" message to thousands in cities and towns around the U.S. These were only used on the campaign trail and are very hard to find. They originally came folded in sections and this one has been stored in a man\'s attic for many years. They were printed on heavy stock paper. It has some deterioration and staining and has some tape re-enforcing the fold (see pics) but is all there with the colors still vibrant. Very hard to find and guaranteed authentic. The campaign photo shows Wallace shouting down demonstrators that were heckling him in City Square, Oshkosh, WI 10/22/1968.
