Between 1970 and 1975 Franklin Mint produced a series of 6 decorative display plates featuring scenes by one of America\'s most well known and favorite artists - Norman Rockwell.This Trimming the Tree plate is brand new and is ready to display in it\'s beautiful, sturdy, ready to hang hardwood frame. The certificate of authenticity is safely tucked inside the easy to open frame.
