Due to increasing postage charges we have adjusted our shipping costs. Our charges are as follows:

USPS First Class Domestic shipping is $2.99 (including Canada), USPS Priority will be $7.00. USPS First Class International shipping is $7.00. Expedited shipping via Priority Mail International is available for $18.00 worldwide. I encourage upgrading to Priority Mail for international orders as First Class may take several weeks for delivery.

Q: Do you combine shipping and invoices?
A: Yes, if you win multiple sales on one day you will receive a combined invoice with your shipping discount. If you win sales on different days, you will receive a consolidated invoice each day you win with all previous purchases. We extend this courtesy out for 10 days and ask that you wrap things up and make payment on outstanding items after those 10 days.

Q: How quickly do you ship the items once paid?
A: We typically ship the same business day payments clear, and almost always by the next business day. A: As a general rule,items that receive no offers are moved to our store as a fixed-price listing and at a higher price than the starting sale price.

Q: Do you leave response?
A: Yes--we always leave response for buyers.Our software monitors when our buyers leave us response, then notifies us that we can leave response for the buyer. Rest assured, if you leave response, we will do the same!

Q: Can the photos be cleaned?
A: Yes. Grease pencil markings can be wiped off with a dry paper towel (most of which we have already removed). Permanent marker and "painted areas"can be removed with a baby wipe, Clorox wipe, or denatured alcohol, butBEWARE dampness and photos do not mix! Wipe firmly but briefly then dry immediately. Repeat as necessary.

Q: Dowe make mistakes?
A:Yes, we absolutely do make mistakes but please be assured if a mistake is made, every effort will be made to make sure it is corrected.
