1979This little Butterfly Soap Dish was produced in Brazil exclusively for Avon. Originally it came in a set of two dishes and round pink soap. I thought it was too pretty to use as a soap dish. I only have the one dish, a gift from my sister because I love butterflies. The dish is made of fine porcelain, hand painted and detailed in 22K Gold. It would make a delightful spring accent piece in your home or in your china cabinet. The plate is in perfect condition, having never been used, only displayed.
