I have for sale an extremely nice 1979 First Day of Issue Cover (FDC) hand-signed on the front in black ink by James Meredith (legendary American civil rights pioneer). This is a 'Black Heritage USA Series' cover, and on the left side is artwork 'Honoring Martin Luther King 1929 - 1968'. The First Day of Issue stamp is the U.S. $.15 Martin Luther King, Jr. and the postmark is Atlanta, GA 30304 JAN 13 1979. Dimensions of the cover are 3 1/2" x 6 1/2".
