This is a Vintage 1980s New Orleans Mardi Gras Fairground Circus Ladies Automaton Head with moving eyes. Since buying the head, I have counted 600 people who have had their photograph taken with it. Further to that it has been featured on the Old Spitalfields Market Facebook page, some people have come down especially to see it as a result. It will be featured in an upcoming piece in the Sunday Times Magazine as well.
