So what is this thing called? I have seen first day covers, but this is larger and doesn\'t look like it is meant to be mailed. I\'ve got from 1991 through1999 of these things. This listing is only for 1991.
The case measures 6-3/4\" x 9-1/2\"
The stamp and all the printed material is in mint condition.
This is an item from my father\'s estate. According to the will, all proceeds from the estate are being divided amongst the 5 grandchildren to pay for college. Please help them out.
