THIS PEN IS A SUPERB RARE, PERFECT & SUPER MINT PEN FROM MY PRIVATE COLLECTION
One of thefirst pens to have theserial numbers, this series stilldidn\'t have the pix imprint that came into use just after. These early 144 were far far better made pens then the later pens,intact the modelisn\'t made anymore either sadly. Even the nib tips used a moreexpensive manufacturing technology not found on the later pens and all the parts were produced in Germany, all of them.Even the gold platingnotthese earlier pens were far far heavier and thicker. Just a true classic Masterpiece!!! Plus this is a full size 5 1/4 inch+ pen!The pen was bought in Prague brand new as a gift and never fully inked or even used, just very vey well preserved and looked after in the rare early type box as well!!! The tip is again, another rarity, the scarce Medium Fine tip...this is between Fine and Medium.Very very wet , smooth and easy to use and just superb for those signatures!
