Up for offers is a rare ceramic Detroit PENOBSCOT BUILDING lighted display piece. The building was released back in 1998 by HUDSON'S of Detroit as part of their short lived "City Sights" Holiday Collection.

This rare piece measures roughly 14" tall x 4 1/4" wide x 4 1/4" deep and has the standard "clip" style light and cord, commonly used in lighted holiday displays. The piece is made of the same, durable ceramic type material used in many of the Dickens Village and Dept 56 pieces. The building weighs 4 POUNDS!

The piece is in excellent overall condition with only minimal signs of wear. The piece also comes with the original box and packaging, but both are in POOR condition. The box has wear, soiling, tape residue,creasing and is just plain UGLY! The interior Styrofoam inserts also have damage at the bottom ends, but still protect the building.
