Fresh out of a local estate we offer this 19th century Native American beaded pouch bag purse. We believe it to be Sioux Plains but cannot confirm that to be the correct origin.The bag appears to be very old. Comes to you exactly as we found it in the estate.14\" long with the fringe 9 1/2\" without the fringe 7 1/4\" wide. Native tanned hide. As you can see there are some tears to the top hide and the strap is no longer attached. Some loss to the beading and some hand stitched repairs.There is a small little area on the black beading on the top right that may have been a repair. The beads look a little larger. The hide is still soft and subtle not stiff.Please feel free to ask for any additional photos or information. Sold as is with !
