Being offered is a Superb Antique Capodimonte "Cavalier Swordsman" Figurine ~ #4559 ~ Listing 1. This piece appears to havethe sameidentical Crown over "N" mark (In Blue)which is shown on thewebsite History of Capodimonte Porcelain identifying it asone of twoNaples Marks used between (1771-1834). The quality & detail of this figurine is truly exquisite and the condition is EXCELLENT with no chips, cracks, crazing or restorations delivering bright vibrant colors and a glossy finish. This piece was obviously well taken care of and most likely behind glass allof it's life because i see no loss of paintwith the exception of thepaint on the smaller sword handlewhich may havebeen touched up at one point in time (see pictures 2,3). It stands 7" tall, the base 2 5/8" in diameter, the number 4559 incised on the bottom.
