Antique brass flute that dates around 1875. When you blow into the open end you pull the metal shaft in and out. It makes different sounding notes. Now, don\'t expect the musical sound to sound like the flute of today. This one is very primitive and would be wonderful in a music room for display. Great to display with other antique instruments. The flute is 12\" long, with the shaft extended it is 21\" long. Unusual collectible, good luck!
