Here at Carrocel we are committed to the highest quality of standards available, not only furniture but in shipping as well. Items destined for delivery in North America that are large and/or delicate, are delivered by our trusted professional furniture movers or shipping companies.
All items are wraped, packaged and then custom crated to ensure the highest durability for shipping.
Please note that the main delivery method they provide is curbside only, but for an additional cost, inside delivery can be arranged.
Depending on your location, delivery usually takes between 3 and 8 weeks. For special situations we can expedite the shipping process. In some cases we have limited warehouse stock and shipment delays may occur.
Items that fit the size and weight requirements of courier services will shipped accordingly.
For items destined for international locations we arrange port-to-port freight forwarding. On average this process takes 8 weeks, but is most cost effective.
Please keep in mind our shipping cost covers all fees and costs (shipping, handling, materials, packing, customs and brokerage charges) as well as insurances for the pieces.
