Model 1860 Civil War Cavalry Saber Sword

This is a Nice looking Estate Fresh Emerson & Silver Model 1860 Enlisted Man's Cavalry Saber featuring an 1864 date & a DFM inspectors mark. This old Beauty was Cut Down at some point over the Years and Possibly Even During the War. The Model 1860 was the Primary Saber of the Federal Cavalry by the End of the War and this Beauty Still Displays Very Nicely & is now the Perfect Size for a Child or Drummer Boy! This is a Nice Original 100% Authentic Civil War Sword that deserves a better home than an old Dusty Attic.

Found in a Maryland Estate along with another Sword Listed Tonight

Condition:

This Sword is Solid & Displays Well. The Wire Grip is long gone as is most of the old leather. There are also a few age cracks in the wooden handle but everything is Solid & Displays Very Well.
