Scarce Fulham Pottery, I believe C J C Bailey, salt glazed stoneware, art pottery bowl in Art Nouveau taste, similar to contemporary Doulton pieces, the stippled ground incised with stylised leaf and flowerhead decoration with beading and an Elkington & Co silver plated rim.It measures approx. 7.5\"/19.5cm diameter by 4.25\"/10.7cm deep and is in very good overall condition, although the silver plated rim is dirty, with a little wear and there is a 6cm hairline to one side, as shown.Incised \"Fulham\" with a bird mark, c1870-80\'s in date.
