19thC Hudson River, Victorian gilded wood frame with applied gesso decorations

4\" wide

inside: 13x16\"

rabbet: 3/8\"

original patina

Few light nicks, otherwise all in very good condition.

The inside will hold a stretcher bar that is 16 1/8\" x 13\"
The depth into which the stretcher bar will be inserted (rabbet) is: 3/8\" (1 cm).
The front part that will cover the picture (reveal) is about 1/4\" (6 mm to be exact)
