We open and inspect each and every Pony when it arrives to check condition and the number and series. Each one is then put back in its styrofoam and sealed. We package carefully by double boxing to ensure your Pony or ponies arrive to you exactly as they left us, in perfect condition. Boxes are as they came from the manufacturer. Occasionally boxes are damaged slightly in shipping between China and distributor. Some will have shelf wear marks, but all are exactly as we receive them. Shipping & Payment Terms
