- We will send a pre-paid UPS return shipping lable to the customer, and he/she can take the item to UPS drop off location to return the item to us. Once the item is back to our warehouse, we will exchange the perfect item to the customer and we will pay for the reshipping fee as well. Therefore, our customers are guarantee to get the perfect item even the product is broken during the shipping process.
- If customer found that the item is an incorrect item or some parts are missing, plesse contact us immediately.
