› What are SMD or SMT?
SMDs or SMTs are Surface Mounted Diodes. This design is better than your standard refractor LEDs. SMD LEDs are brighter and create less heat, which means it will last longer than standard LEDs. The SMD design allows for a wider angle shine, which will give you that bright beautiful look you desire.› Do i need anything else to install LEDs into my car?
No, LEDs are super easy to install. These LEDs are direct replacements for most vehicles and require little to no modification to install.You can just pop out the old bulbs and install the new ones!› Why should I choose LEDs for my car?
LEDs use less electricity than standard yellowish incandescent bulbs. They are super bright and can emit nice cool colors that only LEDs can achieve to give your that unique look. You'll love them!!› How long do LEDs last?
LEDs can last up to 30,000 hours!!! That's 3.5 years if you keep the lights on without ever turning them off!!! Other competitors claim up to 100,000 hours, however, we're more conservative. Those number are created in controlled Environments and not real life numbers. There are many factors that affect the life of an LED bulb, but let's just say that LEDs last a very long time.› I installed the LED, but it won't light up. What is going on?
LEDs are polarity sensitive, which means the (+) side of the LED must match the (+) and the (-) should match the (-) in order for it to light up. Simply pull the LED out and flip it 180 degrees if the LED is not lighting up. Don't worry if you plug the LED in the wrong way you can simply remove the led bulb and flip it to get it to light.› Will replacing my original lights with LEDs damage my car?
No, as long as you installed them correctly there will be no damage at all. Thousands of people have installed these LEDs into their car with no damage to their new cars. As a matter of fact the LEDs run much cooler and use less electricity so it is actually better for your car. Just note that if you have a European car (BMW, mini, Mercedes, Audi, Porsche, VW, etc) you might need can bus error free LEDs to function properly in your car. Just contact us if this is the case so we can guide you to through your purchase.› What if the LEDs don't work when they arrive? What should I do?
In the unlikely event the LEDs don't work or are damaged on arrival please contact us right away so one of our knowledgable customer service representatives can take care of you. We're happy to help and serve our customers.› I installed an LED and now all my lights don't work. Did you LEDs break my car?
Don't worry you only burnt a fuse. With all the LEDs we have sold the LEDs do not damage or "break" the car. If this issue occurs it is 9 out of 10 times an installation error. How do you prevent this from happening? Just simply make sure the light is off when you're installing the LEDs and after its installed turn the light on to see if it works. If it doesn't light up, turn the light off, flip the bulb 180 degrees and it should work.› What is the warranty on these lights?
We offer a 30 day warranty from the date of purchase on our LED bulbs. This is and it's difficult to get a REAL warranty replacement. We will actually replace a defective LED for you rather than give your the run around.› Can I return these lights if I don't like them or of they aren't bright enough?
We're pretty sure that once your install them you'll never go back to regular bulbs in your car again, but we do offer a 14 day return policy for all items purchased from our store as long as they are in original condition. Damaged in Transit
Inspect your package(s)BEFORE or as SOON AS POSSIBLEwhen you accept it from the delivery person. If you see any damage and/or evidence of tampering on the outer packaging make sure that you notify the delivery person right away and tomake a note of this damage. Once you've made sure the note of damage is on the delivery receipt, tell the delivery driver that you refuse to accept the damaged package, then contact our Customer Service Teamand tell us so we can assist with getting a replacement item.
Customers MUST contact the uswithin 48 hoursof date the package was left for you! For this type of claim, we require photographic evidence be provided to us before issuing a replacement. Once that's done, we'll get a replacement on its way to you.
Damaged Part inside the Box
Inspect your parts once you receive them. If any part is damaged, contact orand tell us so we can get you a part that's not damaged! We may need you to send back the broken part or submit a photograph before we can ship you a replacement. A member of our Customer Service team will explain what you need to do so the process works properly. Again, we'll cover the shipping costs to get the replacement part. As soon as we receive the damaged part and inspect it, we'll get a replacement on its way to you.
If you don't receive all the parts you ordered make sure you notify us within 48 hoursof receiving the package. Please contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible so we can make arrangements to send you a replacement part. As soon as we can verify that the part is missing we'll get a replacement on its way to you.
For this type of claim, we may require some verifications or photographs to validate the missing parts. Again, we'll cover the shipping costs to get the missing part to you.
It is our responsibility to ship out the exact part(s) you ordered; it is the customer's responsibility to check if a wrong part was shipped.
