Air bubbles throughout give these glasses a \"fizzy\" appearance. Clear base does not have air bubbles.Mostly polished pontil marks.
These are a very nice medium shade of blue. A bit too light to be called cobalt. Clear wide bases give these great stability. Slightly flared toward the top.
Each measures 4 1/2\" tall x 3 1/2\" rim x 3 1/4\" base diameter.Each will hold 14 ounces comfortably.
