153 HS is is 4\'9\" with handle screwed together. 156 HS is 5\'2\". Be sure to see all pics. Do not know if rods are correct length. See 8th pic with center of guide missing on one rod. Handles screw together very nicely to hold reel in place. Guides are fair to good overall. Rods are 1 piece Ultra lights.
