I am a collector and not a dealer, and sell on items which I have bought as part of sale lots which have included pieces I do not want or need. Selling on is my hobby, not my business. I generally list an item once only, occasionally a second time at a reduced price, but do not relist 20 items every month in the hope that something will eventually sell just because it is for free. Sometimes I may have more than one identical piece available. If so I will refer to this in the listing. I endeavour to have my parcels in the post the day after payment is received or the same day if possible.

International Transactions

I buy internationally and therefore fully understand the frustrations that international buyers experience. I have no problem sending internationally, and in fact am more than delighted to do so, but international buyers should email for a firm quotation before offerding as that quoted on the listing is only very approximate. I have to use Royal Mail to send internationally and parcels weighing more than 2 kilos are prohibitively expensive. I normally use the Royal Mail Tracked and Signed service to send parcels abroad, but will consider cheaper options as long as you email me to confirm that you accept that the parcel is sent entirely at your risk.

I check my items very carefully before they are listed but everyone makes mistakes. If I have made a genuine error I will refund in full. I may ask for photographic evidence. If you have changed your mind, I am sorry but this is your problem, not mine. If you feel that I have not described the item to your satisfaction, or have other problems regarding the service you have been given, it is only polite to advise me of this before leaving adverse response
