Question:What Payment Methods Accepted?

Answer: Yes but you must contact us first before you do the purchase. All our payment plans are interest free. So you only pay the price of the ticket and no extra charges.

Answer: PDF - E-Ticket for you to print at home or office and take with you on the night.

Question: How do you send your Tickets?

Answer: Hardcopy Tickets: All our Hard Copy Tickets are Sent Registered Mail and Must be Signed for on Delivery. Express Mail will be used when needed or requested.

PDF/Email Tickets: If you pay via paypal we will send them to the address linked to your paypal account. If you pay with other methods we can send to any email account you nominate.

Question:Do you offer express shipping or Pickup?

Answer: On certain Items we offer Express Delivery or Pickup. Please refer to the Listing if it states Express Delivery or Pick Up.

Question: What is the Exact Seat Number?

Answer: We do not under any circumstances provide the Exact seat number as this is to protect the buyer from any sort of fraud with the tickets or scams from people trying to copy the tickets.

Question: Can I see a picture of the ticket?

Answer: We do not under any circumstances provide Pictures of the tickets as this is to stop people copying the ticket and trying to gain access to a event. We advise anyone who is going to purchase tickets not to buy tickets if the seller is showing a picture of the ticket as somebody could have copied that picture and may try to gain access to the event and thus making your ticket void.

Question:Will my seats be side by side?

Answer: Yes all tickets will be side by side unless stated otherwise.

Question:How do I know the tickets are real?

Answer: Please check our response and note we have been dealing in tickets for many years and have a lot of customers who come back again and again.

Question:Are there Age restrictions to access the event?

Answer: Refer to the listing as we will state if event is age restricted and if unsure please contact with any questions or concerns and we will reply asap.

Question:Do you work for a ticketing company?

Answer: No we are not are ticketing company, we are a ticket broker and sell tickets on behalf of clients

Terms and Conditions of Sale
All sales are Final.Do not offer or purchase an Item if your not prepared to honour the transaction. If you are unsure or have any questions please contact us before you purchase item. All tickets are subject to our ticket broking fees. Due to these factors, the ticket price may be more than the face value printed on the ticket. Please due to not purchase tickets if you do not agree to our terms of sale.

Payment: You Must contact us within 2 business days from the end of sale informing us of how you wish to pay for the item. If payment is not made within4 days we will be forced to file a non paying buyer claim with ( Policy is that we must file non buyer claim so they can issue us refund of fees and might involve giving the non payment customer a strike on there account). If you are having Problems with payment please contact us straight away so we can work something out.

Payments via Paypal (as of 25th Feb 2014): Paypal are changing there policy on refunds and they will no longer refund the fees they charge. If we have to refund you if the for whatever reason may come up or other reasons we cant refund you the full total you paid. So basically this means if you pay via Paypal we can not refund you the full amount and can only refund you the total you paid minus paypal fees and shipping charges (if we have mailed the item out to you). Please not this is not our policy but Paypal as they are changing there refund policy from the 25th February 2014.

Refunds: In the unlikely event a show is cancelled (this does not include postponed shows) and provided the ticketing agency is issuing a refund, on return of the ticket, we will issue a refund for the full price you paid of that ticket minus shipping & /paypal fees. We do not refund on tickets if you change your mind. Please refer to Paypal Payment Refund policy. All Sales are Final.

Shipment: All care is taken when shipping items. Please Note that when items are sent Registered Mail you must Sign for the tickets and if you are not home at time of delivery Australia Post will leave a Card informing you of the delivery attempt and information on how to get the parcel. Tickets are sent at the Promoters digressing and we endeavour to get them out asap and will keep you informed of delivery date. We will supply tracking details with every order so you can track your parcel online or contact Australia Post about your Delivery.
