20' Gep Productions Vortex Tunnel With Bridge & Handrails Halloween Haunt Prop For Sale
~ PLEASE READ OUR ENTIREDESCRIPTION ~Very Important To Do So Prior To offerding ~ Your Consideration We Are Offering Our20' GEP Productions Vortex TunnelWith Bridge & Handrails Halloween Haunt PropThis GEP Productions Vortex Tunnel was part of a Haunted Attractionin Southern California for several years ~ It is a must for any haunt or fun house ~It isconstructed of 5 ~ High Grade Aluminum, 9' diameter ringsthat will not warp or rust when in use or in storage ~Assembled, the rings are lined with a flame retardant fabric ~The interior of the rings have Velcro attached, which thelarge florescent paintedsheetof fabric sticks to :)There are three sets of rollers and a gear motor that allow thelined aluminum rings to rotate ~ Reaching through the tunnel is a20' long by 28" wide, extremely heavy metal bridge with even heaviermetal grid/walkway that houses handrails ~We recreated the handrailsin galvanized piping for extra security when the visitors traveled throughthe tunnel,as the original PVC did not support the weight of the people ~The effects of the spinning tarp caused them to lean dramatically to one side ~Funnier than all get out to watch, but for liability & safetyreasons, we changed the rails for more strength ~Originally, the steel bridge held three 4' black light fixtures oneither side to illuminate the painted tarp ~ Because a couple of them weredamaged in the move, we removed what we replaced them with forstorage purposes ~We have more than the six available incase you prefer more lighting ~The motor is new, direct from GEP Productions just this last season ~Due to the our event being in a "drywall" created attraction, thetarp got rather dusty from the residue ~ We will clean it prior to pick-up ~We will also include the already designed wood 2x4" floor mountsfor easier setup of the tunnel ~ Believe us ~ Thank goodness for those pieceswhen we went to build it this last year ~ They did not come with original purchase,we had to figure them when the tunnel first arrived our direction ~The rollers for the rings to move upon, need to be placed just right for tunnelto turn properly ~ These pieces of wood are marked for proper placement ~The spotted tarp is in very good condition and is without any holesrips or tears ~ We zip tied the ends for extra added security ~Patrons can be ratherrambunctious (especially when intoxicated),and some will try almost anything ~ Yes, they attempt to pull off the fabric ~There may be some ring screws that have gone missing ~These can be purchased at any hardware store ~ Possibly aring connectorinsert or two, as well ~ If so, we will get ahold of GEP to replace ~This prop is currentlydismantled and is being stored ~You can see the actual tunnel you will be receiving in action at 3:20 into video Productions has a view of the tunnel they offer product is extremely heavy ~ The bridge is in two pieces, but requiresman power to move and connect ~ The grates, for walking on to get across,are very heavy, as well ~ Crating will be more than difficult ~We cannot recall how it all was delivered to us ~ Will need to be forpick-up only in Santa Clarita, CA 91351, unless buyer coordinates shippingof this prop ~ We do not haveconnections to a company that can help ~We will need to hire (at buyer's expense) an outside party to package, if shipper will not ~ As with all of our haunt items, this vortex tunnelis being offered in AS-IS - USED, but great working condition ~ THE STORAGE FACILITY, WHERE THE TUNNEL ISLOCATED, DOES NOT HAVE A LOADING more dizzying effect, we also have quite a few 4x8' splatteredluan panelsavailable ~The walls that you seein a couple of the pics thatwe used leading up to and leaving thetunnel ~Stair/Steps into & out of are not included ~They will need to be built to theparticularspecifications of your location ~ Please Ask Questions!!!
For pick-up in Santa Clarita, California 91351 or...We do have a couple of relocation companies that will come out toour facility, load the item up anddeliver it to pretty much anywhere ~It will be up to the buyer to make these arrangements ~If prop needs to be secured to pallets & or crated, for delivery,there will beextra charges, for whichbuyer will be responsibleand additional time needed to prepare the item for delivery ~
