UPS will handle the majority of our shipping needs. UPS is unable to make deliveries to PO Boxes or APO address, a physical address will be required prior to shipping. Tracking numbers will be sent to your email address once we process your order, and warehouse will pack and ship your order within two business days. Once payment and address are confirmed through PayPal we will ship packages within one to two business days. Orders placed on Monday thru Friday 9AM will be processed on that business work day, and orders over the weekend will be processed the following business day.

Once we process your order, UPS ground will take additional between 2-6 business days and packages through the USPS Priority Mail will take additional between 1-3 business days to deliver the items from California. We are not responsible for any delays that may occur by either of the carriers.
