This freedom tower commemorative is now rarely seen. Collectors have most in private collections of the issues left. The coin has been individually struck and clad in 71 mg of silver recovered from ground zero. It is legally authorized by the Commonwealth of the Northern Marina Islands, each coins truck as a collector\'s desired proof specimen. Featured is the New York skyline complete with the new \"Freedom Tower\" on the obverse. Let Freedom Ring on one side-on the reverse, Cook Islands \"We Will Never Forget\" appears under the pre-September 11 skyline with the familiar Twin Towers in full view.
